Tea is magical. It has the ability to reduce tension, provide clarity, invigorate, aid in digestion, boost immunity, and enhance mood. The benefits of drinking tea are endless, but for some reason I have a difficult time getting into the habit.  I have no problem drinking a couple cups of coffee each day, but I’m ready to diversify and reap the healing benefits of tea on a more regular basis. I’m going to challenge myself to buy a new kind of tea each week and learn about the associated health properties. The time of year is in my favor, as it is appealing to escape the cold rain and cradle a warm mug in my hands.
